NURSING ALERT- COVID – 19!

AN ENCOURAGEMENT

THREE SPECIAL MESSAGES FOR ALL NURSES

from

MRS MABEL KURVILLA

We are delighted to make available to all Nurses & Midwives throughout the world three very thoughtful messages that Mrs. Mabel Kurvilla prepared and recorded, during this pandemic, that is putting great strain on the delivery of health care.

As the pandemic continues to affect everyone’s lives, including Nurses, our families, and co-workers, Mrs. Kurvilla uses the three small chapters in the book of Philemon to bring us

  • great encouragement,
  • a refreshing approach to the all important issues of life that arise from our significant      relationships
  • an achievable depth of understanding and wisdom that is central to every facet of caring, collaborating and avoiding stress and burnout.

While Nurses have a reputation for ‘adapting to complex situations only those in the profession really understand what it means to ‘suppress so much in order to battle on!’

We encourage you to start by listening to Mrs. Kurvilla as she opens with Philemon 1. If you have a Bible it is always helpful to take note and read the references she makes. If you do not have a Bible you may wish to take a note and look up e.g., the NKJV on the internet later.

This will be a great help before going on to Philemon II and then III. But should this is not possible just keep on listening, thinking and praying.

Because each file is audio and heavy each will take time to download. Sanjay will guide you with achieving the best when he uploads.

NB Remember the value of a brief prayer  before you start, for insight and understanding of what the Almighty God wants to encourage and bless you with as you listen and think.

At the end of each recording another brief prayer of thanksgiving that the Eternal Sovereign God who knows all about you and your situation will be with

You to guide and encourage you in every situation.
