Established in Delhi, India on 8th September 1998, Nursing With A Difference Trust is an independent Trust that set out to bring Continuing Education Programs to Nurses, many of whom have been denied this privilege within India and its sister Nations in Central Asia and the Middle East.

Through its publication of 10,000 sets of six Modules on different aspects of Nursing Management, the Trust has been able to reach thousands of Nurses, and as each set of Modules is shared this number can be multiplied.Trust productions e.g., Modules, Video Cassettes and CD's provide the sole source of income. Donations from Nurses with a vision, some of whom have participated in Trust workshops, have significantly contributed towards the free distribution of Modules to Nurses most in need.

Because Nursing With A Difference is all about "Nurses helping Nurses", and Nurses families helping Nurses, our vision is both developed and expanded with the suggestions offered by Nurses to meet specific needs in Nursing.

The Trust is working towards producing a weekly Television Program on current issues and needs in Nursing as identified by Nurses in Service. The first of this series has been completed and is available for Nurses.

Trust Members

A small group of Nurses committed to fulfilling the activities and objectives of the Trust, and inspired by our Council of Reference comprising Nurses in different States, whose rich resource of experience and concern cause them to labor faithfully in prayer, and in every way possible, helping us to meet the pressing needs of Nurses and their families, and Nurses serving in every domain of Nursing service and education.

Conceived and designed by Sanjay Ravi, a key member of Nursing With A Difference Trust Family, who has grown with us over the years.

This website seeks to relate current Nursing issues with the Nurse's family, professional family, the patient/client and his family, and as an integral part of the whole family of faith - God's family.

Given that the family is the foundation of every society, then the strength of the family is found in understanding the reality of the divine creation of the family, husband and wife, and their unique relationship to God our heavenly Father.

The implications and blessings of this relationship in the Nurse's freedom to care for patients/clients and their families has, in the past, not been adequately addressed.

To ignore the Nurse's family is to ignore the family as a Divine creation of God thus compounding the current social ills including male/female oppression, individual and family brokenness, and the disastrous breakdown of our Nations through misplaced communalism.
