Getting what you want? Many Nurses who visit websites are frustrated because of limited computer knowledge and yet want to access and download materials to share with other Nurses who do not have access to a computer or maybe a printer.

The young generation of Nurses have been trained at school and during their Nursing education programs. But there are millions of Nurses who have never had this privilege.

Nursing With A Difference is all about Nurses helping Nurses be better equipped and that is why we are using this Newsletter to help you enjoy getting what you want off the Internet and being able to read it without the worry of power interruptions or increasing cost.

A special request to all computer literate Nurses – do be understanding, offer to help Nurses without your skill to benefit, for the good of all Nurses and patients, by getting what they need from the Internet.

We say a big congratulations to the many family members, husbands, sons and daughters who have computer skills. BUT we do have a special request because Nursing With A Difference is also Nurses families helping Nurses to build a healthy Nation.

How wonderful when husband or children show mother what to do and make sure that she is able to get all the papers she needs to help her become better equipped to help all the many patients she is caring for.

  • The most economical way to print PDF files is to download them onto your computer and save them either on Desktop or in your Word Document folder.
  • You can then sign out and close the internet which saves both telephone costs and frustration if the Internet connection goes down.
  • If you are using an Internet Café you can put the papers onto a CD or good Floppy disk and get it printed later. While you still have to pay for the printing you can reduce the cost of the Internet charges which helps.
  • You can open each paper as and when time permits and read from the screen at your leisure with no added cost and you can print as many copies as you need.
  • If you do not have a printer you can copy the paper onto a CD disk or a good floppy and get it printed at e.g. and Internet Café or shop that offers printing facilities.
