How effective are we in our own small corner?
FIRST We regret the inconvenience and waste of time caused the many Nurses who have visited our Website this past month only to find it was under maintenance and therefore not updated.

We continue to be in the process of restructuring and developing so thank you for returning.

We trust that as you catch up, and perhaps review that which you did not have time to follow through previously, that you will be encouraged to pass on your gleanings to inspire another Nurse and continue to prove the efficacy of what you have found.

In spite of the difficulties over these past months we have been greatly encouraged by the number of Nurses from an increasing number of cities in countries across the world who have revisited or visited our website for the first time.

To further enrich our website we encourage you to send in your contribution, ideas, comments, questions or suggestions that we can include to encourage another Nurse along the way.
NEXT
As a means of gauging how effective we are, it is timely that we dust off and use our professional barometer, and with fresh insight and critical thinking, address current concerns by e.g.,
1... "TAKING A PEEK INTO NURSING EDUCATION"...

"Is Nursing Education being 'opened up' when in reality all around the world it is being 'exploited' for financial gain and social degeneration under the guise of equality in many different ways?"
2... "NURSES AND NURSING SPIRITUAL CARE - MYTH OR REALITY"...

"With Mental Health now a major problem in virtually every country, secular health systems are becoming increasingly aware of the spiritual dimension to human beings that must be addressed, but what is constraining the multiple insidious voices who use the power of suggestion to ensure Nurses play no role in any kind of spiritual care?"
3... "DO NURSES AND MIDWIVES DEAL WITH "HUMAN SACRIFICE" AND

"COLD BLOODED MURDER" IN THE WISEST AND BEST WAY?"

The time has "The time has come to speak of many things"...
As it was for the Walrus in Alice in Wonderland so it is for Nurses today...
"Things that give us a fresh perspective and hope...
Things that make our hearts rejoice...
Things that make us concerned, saddened and sometimes confused...
Things that make us wonder just how effective we are in our small corner".
4... "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED NEVER-FAIL DELICIOUS CAKE TO SATISFY EVERY NURSE & MIDWIFE, FAMILY & FRIENDS"

The first time round the preparation may take a little longer than you expect so settle down with a refreshing cup of your favourite tea, coffee or chocolate while you read carefully through each detail of the recipe. Your reward and the effect on all your family and friends will be much greater than you could every anticipate

A Special Message to all Graduating Nurses & Midwives in every Country...

Nursing With A Difference Trustees extend our very best wished to all Student Nurses & Midwives presenting for the Registration Examinations. Be assured of our prayers, not just for the exams but for your whole professional life. May you all know the reality and Peace of God"s Presence in the final days of preparation and in the Examination Roo, as well as in the days to come.

God gave us adrenalin for the purpose of keeping us on our toes and alert in stressful situations and He alone can help each one "manage stress", He has promised "to take your stress overload and replace it with His peace that passes understanding", so don"t forget to give it to Him and receive the blessings with joy and thanksgiving.

FINALLY, a special request to Nurses round the world...

Will you unite in prayer with Nurses in India for the All India Radio personnel who are in the process of assessing a 15 minute Radio Program by Nurses for Nurses to be broadcast on all the National Network stations every week.

From a Nursing perspective we know that it is a first rate, much needed program that has the potential to reach Nurses in all the neighbouring nations and then, via this website Nurses & Midwives worldwide.

From All India Radio Perspective if the decision is in our favour they may face unsubstantiated critisism even lobbying.

If the decision is not made in our favour Nurses, Midwives and the nation will be the losers and our many enthusiastic encouragers in All India Radio will be saddened.

OUR REQUEST:

That God in His mercy will grant Government Officials and all involved, insight and wisdom, sensitivity and courage to make the right decision.

That the Government of India through All India Radio, will have a willing heart to "Execute true judgment, and show mercy and compassion every man to his brother", in each detail of their decision-making so that blessing can flow unhindered.
